Extrusion – Plain Ended Pipe

All PVC Schedule 40 & Schedule 80 pipes are manufactured from a Type I, Grade I Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) compound with a Cell Classification of 12454 per ASTM D1784 standard. All compound components meet the requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 61-G as suitable for Potable Water and are considered Lead Free. The pipes are manufactured in strict compliance to ASTM D1785 and D2665 (1-1/4” – 8”), consistently exceeding the Quality Assurance test requirements of this standard with regard to material, workmanship, burst pressure, flattening, and extrusion quality. Any pipe bells shall meet the requirements of ASTM D2672. This pipe must also meet the requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 14 and CSA Standard B137.3 and shall bear the marks of the listing agency. All pipe shall be stored indoors after production at the manufacturing site until shipped from the factory.

All rigid PVC Blue well pipes are manufactured from zinc-based stabilizer i.e. lead-free chemicals as per the german DIN 4924 standard. The compound components meet the requirements of WRAS compliance for Potable Water. The pipes are manufactured in strict compliance to DIN standard (1-1/4” – 8”), consistently exceeding the Quality Assurance test requirements of this standard with regard to material, workmanship, burst pressure, flattening, and extrusion quality. All pipe shall be stored indoors after production at the manufacturing site until shipped from the factory.
